1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. Participants earn points by playing slots or tables whilst using Reward Programme Cards.

5. Entries cannot be purchased for cash or through any other form of consideration, other than points.

6. All 12 month active card holders will receive 1 free draw ticket for the launch draw on 14 January.

7. All active cardholders can earn 1 additional ticket(s) for every 250 points earned by playing slots or tables for Launch Draw.

8. Below is the LAUNCH DRAW qualification period:
a. 14 January Draw – earn tickets from 1 January at 10h00 until 09 January at 23h00

9. Qualifying members can collect their entries into the LAUNCH DRAW, prior to the actual draw(s) from Monday, 10 January at 10h00 until Friday, 14 January at 20h00.

10. Five (5) winners will be drawn at LAUNCH DRAW. (See prize breakdown below)

11. All card holders will receive 1 draw ticket for every 250 points earned on slots and tables for the MONTHLY MAIN DRAWS and for every 1000 points earned will receive 1 CAR DRAW FINALIST ticket.

12. Below is the MONTHLY MAIN DRAWS and CAR DRAW qualification period:

a. 28 January Draw – Earn tickets from 1 January at 10h00 until 23 January at 23h00
b. 25 February Draw – Earn tickets from 24 January at 10h00 until 20 February at 23h00.
c. 18 March Draw – Earn tickets from 21 February at 10h00 until 13 March at 23h00

13. Qualifying members can collect their entry into the MONTHLY MAIN & CAR FINALIST DRAWS, prior to the actual draw(s) from Monday, 24 Jan at 10h00 until Friday, 28 Jan at 20h00 for the draw on Friday, 28 Jan. Ticket collection for the draw on 25 Feb will start on Monday, 21 Feb at 10h00 and end on Friday, 25 Feb at 20h00. Ticket collection for the draw on 18 Mar, will start on Monday, 14 Mar at 10h00 and end on Friday, 18 Mar at 20h00.

14. At each of the Monthly Finalist Car Draws, 10 Finalists will be drawn to participate in the FINAL CAR DRAW that will take place on Friday, 25 Mar. In total there will be 30 entries.

15. The FINAL CAR DRAW will be in the form of a 3 round elimination Promotional Game.

16. Participants are entitled to only one prize per draw night. A re-draw will take place if a prize winner previously won a prize during the same draw hour. Winners can win multiple CAR DRAW FINALIST Tickets during the promotional period.

17. This promotion is exclusive to The Caledon Rewards Card holders only.

19. Draw times, dates and points criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through approved advertising mediums used for this promotion. A breakdown of the prizes will be available at the Customer Service Desk and announced prior to the draw.

20. The opening and closing times for the eHost will be advertised through mediums used within the casino. No tickets will be available thereafter.

21. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.

22. The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.

23. CAR DRAW FINALIST will have to be present at the Final car draw to claim their prize.

24. Proxy nomination forms will be available for the Final Car draw. Qualifying participants have 5 days to complete the Proxy form for the draw on 25 March before 17h00, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize.

25. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Club card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification.

26. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into. Any complaints and/or dispute can be lodged with the WCGRB.

27. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.

28. In the event of technical failure or damage to the devices used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. Should any of the events occur, the WCGRB will be notified in a 24 Hour Period to the technical failure.

29. In the event of a change in the National Covid19 restrictions, The Caledon Casino will amend the Promotion format in accordance with the Covid19 regulation. Should this occur, the WCGRB will be notified in a 24 Hour Period.

30. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.

31. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

32. Winners selected via the eHost software (Draw selector) for the BONUS DRAWS and MAIN DRAWS. Winners will be announced at draws or by telephone (if applicable). Earn tickets by playing Slot or Table games. Prizes can be claimed from the casino.
