THE CASH FACTOR PROMOTIONAL RULES 6 April 2012 – 30 June 2012

1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who, directly or indirectly, controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. The Caledon Casino reserves the right to vary or add to any of the rules of the promotion with prior approval of the WCGRB.
5. All decisions of The Caledon Casino will be final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into. Any complaints or disputes can be lodged with the WCGRB.
6. THIS GAMING PROMOTION IS EXCLUSIVE TO PLAYERS CLUB MEMBERS ONLY
7. All Draw Tickets MUST have a Players Club/Account number, a name and surname to qualify for the all draws. 
8. Once the winning number is announced, the winner has 90 seconds to present the winning draw counterfoil and/or Club Card for verification at the stage.  Should the prize not be claimed in the allocated period a re-draw will take place?
9. Friday Weekly Draws take place on 6 13, 20, 27 April | 4, 11, 18 May | 1, 8, 15, 22 June 2012. A total of R15 000 in cash prizes to be won weekly.
10. Saturday Bonus Draw takes place on 26 May 2012. A total of R40 000 in cash prizes to be won.
11. Saturday Final Draw takes place on 30 June 2012. A total of R80 000 in cash prizes to be won.
12. Players Club Members can be a winner only once during an hourly draws. If a member’s number is called up twice during the same hourly draw, a redraw will take place. This applies to all draws, weekly, bonus and final.
13. Players Club Members can win more than once in an evening but not at the same hourly draw time.
14. The Caledon Casino, with the approval of WCGRB, reserves the right to terminate this promotion without prior notification, after which the validity of the promotion tickets will be withdrawn.
15. Every contestant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the terms and conditions by virtue of their participation and prizes may only be claimed by the registered recipient of the winning entry.
16. Should the winner be playing with a club card that does not belong to them, standard Security and Surveillance rules will be followed.
17. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
18. Participants earn points by playing slots or tables whilst using Club cards; and/or by presenting their Club Cards when making purchases at participating retailers in the casino complex.
19. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
20. Finalists and/or Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw. Draw times and dates; and points criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
21. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. The opening and closing times for the entry bins will be advertised through mediums used within the casino.
22. A register will be available at the Loyalty Clubdesk on the day of the draw for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
23. Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule.  Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by participants when completing this register.
24. Prize winners and/or finalists who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Club card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification.
25. Should finalists not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the finalists declining the invitation to be present in the above mentioned register, a re-draw for another finalist will take place;
26. In instances where more than one eligible finalist is not present, due to declining the invitation to be present, random persons from the audience will be selected to act on behalf of these eligible finalists.
27. In instances where only one eligible finalist is not present, the last draw mechanism, podium, box or similar device will be issued to this finalist by default of the other finalists choosing their draw mechanisms, podiums, boxes or similar devices;
28. Any person who acts on behalf of an eligible finalist shall not be entitled to prizes and/or benefits awarded to the finalist or prize winner he or she acts on behalf of;
29. Persons acting on behalf of eligible finalists must acknowledge that he or she is merely acting on behalf of eligible finalist and that he or she is not entitled to prizes and/benefits awarded to finalists or prize winners.
30. Should prize winners not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winners declining the invitation to be present in the above mentioned register, a re-draw will take place;
31. Should a prize winner and or finalist who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the register or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
32. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
33. The prize winner and or finalist must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.
34. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
35. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
36. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
37. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
38. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

HOW TO EARN DRAW TICKETS AND PARTICIPATE IN THE GAMING PROMOTION

• Play Slots or Tables with your Players Club Card from 6 April 2012 till 30 June 2012.
• For every 2 point earned during the promotional period you will get one entry ticket into the draw/s.
• To get your tickets – swipe your Players Club Card at the e-host on the casino floor.
• Place your ticket in the entry bin and retain your counterfoil.

If they do not have the identification in their possession, then their identity can be verified on the EMS player’s database (soft copy of ID or Drivers Licence). If their identity cannot be verified, then they will not be eligible for a prize and a re-draw will take place.
14. Should Finalists/Prize Winners not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the Finalists/Prize Winners declining the invitation to be present in the above mentioned register, a re-draw for another Finalists/Prize Winners will take place.
15. Should a Finalists/Prize Winners who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the Finalists/Prize Winners via the contact details provided in the register or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances the Finalists/Prize Winners may collect their prize within 15 days of the draw, if the Finalists/Prize Winners cannot be reached within the 15 days, the prize would be forfeited.
16. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
17. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.

19. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
