You need to know...

1. All bookings are subject to availability.
2. All bookings have to be made in advance to avoid disappointment, especially over weekends and holidays.
3. All spa packages must be paid for in full on confirmation of booking.
4. Kindly arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment/s to allow the necessary assessment forms to be completed.
5. The Caledon Spa has the right to cancel any treatments if clients fail to show up for treatments in order to accommodate other clients.
6. We kindly request punctuality. Late arrival will result in the reduction of treatment time whilst the full treatment fee will still apply.
7. We strongly advise you NOT to sunbathe for at least twenty four hours after having had an aromatherapy treatment or a depilatory waxing.
8. Kindly bring your bathing costume if you want to make use of the Mineral pools.
9. Please ensure that cellular phones are switched off during treatments.
10. All prices and information are subject to revision without prior notice.
11. Products purchased are not refundable.
12. Entrance fee to the mineral pools is payable at the spa reception.
13. A 24-hour notice period is required for cancellations and rescheduling.  Failure to give notice of cancellation of treatments will result in a 50% charge to the clients prior to a treatment start on the next visit to The Caledon Spa.
14. The Caledon Spa is not held responsible/liable for any theft, damage, loss, misfortune or death that may occur.
15. You will be using The Caledon Spa facilities at your own risk.
16. Mineral pools are closed on Mondays and the day after public holidays for routine maintenance and cleaning.
17. The Caledon Spa reserves the right to limit the number of day visitors to The Mineral pools for health and safety reasons.
